What is Paxxim?
Paxxim is the rental app where landlords and tenants run the whole tenancy in one place: listings, tenant invites, payment records with automatic receipts, repairs and messages.
How does pricing work?
Starter is free for up to 2 units. Pro is $15 a month for up to 10 units and will be available after launch. Larger portfolios can talk to us about Enterprise.
What is the Founding Landlord program?
The first 100 landlords from our waitlist get everything in Pro free for their first 12 months, plus priority support from our team. Program terms are shared when you’re accepted.
Can tenants pay rent through Paxxim?
Not yet. Today landlords record payments however they arrive, and tenants get a numbered receipt automatically. Paying rent in the app is next on our list.
How does Paxxim handle my data?
We collect only what we need and never sell it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who handles it and the choices you have.
